THIS IS 62!!!

Beautiful People! How are you and thanks so much for stopping by! Well, since my last post, I have celebrated a birthday….that’s right…I celebrated 62 years young on July 19th! Now for those who know me, know that I celebrated the entire week and it was truly a fun week y’all! Full of surprises and I have to share that my friends got me good y’all…..a true surprise…showing up at my door with lots smiles and love and yes, a great birthday cake (it was sooo good) and lot of sweet gifts and soooo many wonderful BDay calls and wishes from all over the world. I thank you ALL!! xoxo

Birthdays are so special and I’m so thankful and it’s such a blessing to be here to see it…..with all that is going on in the world, I’m most thankful to be here and to be in good health. It’s truly a blessing y’all to have your health and strength and to surround yourself with people who truly love you and have your back! Being there to encourage and uplift each other, no matter what the situation is a beautiful thing!

Since I started Medley Style, I always plan a BDay shoot and this year, I kept it “simple” but yet, “fashionable” and authentic to my style of course! I had the kids help me with my backdrop, yes, we tore pages from a few of my favorite magazines and taped them to the wall (look closely and you’re see me from my first time featured in Essence magazine) and then scattered pages on the floor….I wore a beautiful two-piece set from one of my favorite designers, Hanifa and my glam is by the fab Mel of Joye of Beauty and capturing my BDay shoot, is the fab Dia of Photoartstudio
